In case you missed our Plymouth Showroom celebration event on 23rd April, here's a round up of all the action...
The Unique Mobility team had a fantastic day celebrating the launch our expanded and refurbished Plymouth Showroom in Drake Mill Business Park Plymouth. The event was officially opened by Plymouth based Marine Veteran and Invictus Games Athlete Mark Ormrod MBE. Unique Mobility have previously installed adaptions to Mark’s car through the Motability Scheme and he has recently become a Motability Ambassador.
Local veteran led wheelchair rugby team, The Endeavour Punishers, who are sponsored by Unique Mobility, were also in attendance to support the launch and gave a demonstration of their rugby wheelchairs. The Endeavours have a long history of supporting those with disabilities within the local community to access sporting activities including rugby, cycling and sailing.
Customers, friends, Occupational Therapists and other local businesses turned out to support the event which gave customers a chance to enjoy the new facilities and try out the range of products.
We are grateful to all our suppliers who came to support the event including representatives from Permobil, Sunrise Medical, Quantum, Dietz, Karma, Electric Mobility, Rehasense, Kymco, Rise & Recline and Vale Recliners.
